A child is not a thing to be molded but a being whose possibilities are never fully known, a being who is embedded in nature and every troubbing of it, and unfathomably attached to the social existence and hence s/he should be guided carefully to discover, develop and to use those possibilities that are in the bidding stages. Our teacher at Udaan is therefore a guide, a mentor and a Counselor.
